Do you have availability year-round?

Mile High Station and Ironworks are single-event venues 100% dedicated to events. The venues are available for rental during the day or night, with additional setup time as an option.

Do you have an audiovisual system?

Yes, both venues are equipped with in-house A/V systems, including Wi-Fi, TVs and sound systems.

Is on-site parking available?

The property has 200 parking spaces available for your guests. Additional parking options are available if needed.

What are the venue’s catering options?

We’ve curated a list of 8–9 exceptional caterers, offering a range of styles and price points to fit your event needs.

We want to have donated alcohol at our event. Is that possible?

We do allow licensed 501-3c organizations to have donated alcohol for their nonprofit events. They must follow all Colorado State Liquor Laws and the alcohol must be delivered directly from a Colorado licensed distributor. Mile High Station and Ironworks carry a liquor license and can handle all bar-related needs.
