FAQs for Corporate Events

Do you have availability year-round?

Because Mile High Station and Ironworks are 100% dedicated to events, we don’t have blackout dates. The venues are available for rental during the day or night, with additional setup time as an option.

Do you have an audiovisual system?

We do! While the A/V system is included in the rental fee of the venue, we require that you hire one of our approved A/V partners to operate it. Both venues are equipped with in-house A/V systems, including Wi-Fi, TVs and sound systems.

Is on-site parking available?

The property has 200 parking spaces available for your guests.

Do you have a list of catering options?

We appreciate that our clients want catering choices. Our curated catering list includes 8–9 exceptional professional caterers who offer a range of styles and price points to fit your event needs.

And what about alcohol?

We carry the liquor license and handle all your bar-related needs at Mile High Station and Ironworks. Per Colorado State Liquor Law, no outside alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought into our venues. If you are a licensed 501-3c and want to have donated alcohol for your non-profit event, we allow that. You must follow all Colorado State Liquor Laws, and the alcohol must be delivered directly from a Colorado-licensed distributor.

Mile High Station is by far one of the most unique venues that Denver has to offer. Not only is it unique, it also provides an amazing value add to clients. How? There is no need for a décor budget based on the eclectic furnishings they have in-house. The bar centerpiece lends well to an ideal engaged cocktail hour. The bridge also provides another great interactive element for any event. In-house sound, in-house TV monitors, and ample parking is equally attractive to what any professional planner would want to impress their guests.

The meeting turned out great, everyone loved the venue. We had several people go out of their way to tell us that. Melissa was also great to work with when we needed some last-minute details. I can’t think of one bad thing to say about the venue, so thank you!
